Daniel Rodriguez, A.I.A
Venezuelan-born architect Daniel Rodriguez Romero worked for 18 years at acclaimed Los Angeles architecture firm Kovac Design Studio, ultimately rising to the role of Principal. During nearly two decades as a project architect and manager, Daniel provided impeccable design services to a roster of discerning clients. While managing these high-profile projects, he collaborated regularly with some of the country’s leading interior designers.
But Daniel brings more to the table than just his deft design skills—he also holds a master’s in construction management (MCM). This enables him to approach projects from both sides of the equation, balancing design and aesthetics with the realities of schedules and budgets. Daniel’s clients both appreciate and benefit from this valuable perspective. Over the years, he has built solid relationships with quality general contractors across Southern California.
Daniel also has extensive experience as an executive architect for out-of-area firms doing projects in California. These include a long-term collaboration with the award-winning New York firm Ferguson & Shamamian and noted Barcelona architect Javier Barba.
Now independent, Daniel brings his vast design and construction management experience to high-end custom homes, commercial TI, retail, and hospitality projects. Current work includes projects in Hollywood, Valley Village, West Los Angeles, Los Olivos, and Palm Springs. Previous work included projects in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, Santa Monica, Santa Barbara, and Pasadena.
